Chelsea Peticca, M.A., LPCC, LICDC

Chelsea Peticca is the founder and clinical director of Oasis Counseling Services. She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Akron and is licensed in the state of Ohio as a Professional Clinical Counselor and an Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor. Chelsea attended Baldwin Wallace College where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. She has over 10 years of experience working with adolescents and adults, ages 15+, to treat mental health and chemical dependency disorders in both individual and group settings. 

Chelsea takes a collaborative stance when working with her clients to promote positive change and interpersonal growth. The approaches she implements center around the individual needs of her clients and their presenting concerns. She recognizes that building a strong therapeutic relationship between client and clinician is essential for change to occur. Therefore, unconditional acceptance, empathy, support, and trust are maintained throughout every session. Chelsea strives to promote a safe environment to face life’s most difficult challenges, working to encourage and empower each individual along the way.
